ORDERING
You can write, listing your
requirements, or phone; there is usually someone here to answer the
telephone between the hours of 9am to 9pm (UK - GMT time, only - this
is also our home number). Please remember though, we do need to go
out occasionally! Alternatively you can fax your order on the number
below.

POSTAGE &
PACKING
Post & Packing applies to all
items except SUBCRIPTIONS, which are 'post free'.
BOOKS are charged at the rates shown with
each publication.
PAYING
All prices include UK VAT where
applicable. Payment must be with order. You can pay by cheque or
postal order - please make payable to 'Narrow Gauge & Industrial'
and post to the address above. Credit card payments are welcome VISA;
MASTERCARD; EUROCARD and also DELTA; SWITCH & SOLO Debit cards,
please quote your card type, card number and the expiry date (For
SWITCH & SOLO I also need the 'Issue No.' if embossed on the
card).
If you live outside the UK I will be
delighted to deal with you. Payment must be in sterling by a cheque
drawn on a British clearing bank; or by credit card.
I regret it is not possible for overseas
customers to deduct UK VAT.

DATA
Details of your order will be held on
our computer to speed processing. This also enables us to check if
you need an up-to-date list when we dispatch your order. We do not
sell or give customer information to any other persons or
organisations.
GENERAL
TERMS
All items will be supplied at the
price ruling at the date of dispatch. This applies particularly to
imported items where currency fluctuation can cause price
changes.
If you receive an item that is damaged or
incomplete please notify/ return it to me within 14 days and I will
either replace it or refund the cost at your choice.
If you make a postal enquiry please enclose
a stamped, self-addressed envelope for my reply if you live in the
UK; or include an International Reply Coupon (IRC) if
overseas.
